Test method

General requirements

The test sample should be properly assembled and commissioned according to the instructions provided by the supplier

The same two samples were tested in the order of 5.2

EN14619

5.2 Order of tests

5.2.1 Specimen A Model A

Pattern A is tested in the following order

  1. A) test of external finish (see 5.8) Visual inspection (5.8)

  1. B) wheel adhesion test (see 5.3) Wheel slip test (5.3)
  2. C) endurance test (see 5.7) Durability test (5.7)

EN14619

5.2.2 Specimen B Model B

Sample B is tested in the following order:

  1. A) static load test of the deck (see 5. 4.1) Pedal static load test

  1. B) static load test of the steering column (see 5.4.2) joystick static load test

  1. C) drop test (see 5.5) drop test
  2. D) impact test against front wheel (see 5.6) front wheel impact test

EN14619

5.3 Wheel adhesion test

EN14619

The wheels will be pulled through a surface with a surface roughness of 1.5-2.00 μm to the oil-free disc.

Apply 100 N (F1) vertically above the wheel and pull the wheel horizontally at the center of the wheel to glide at the metal surface at a speed of 1 mm / s to calculate the magnitude of the tension (F2).
