In this video I am going to be showing you how to make an electric longboard that can go at 25 kmph and 10km per charge. This was such a cool project to make so I hope that you enjoy it!
Part 2:
Great Scott’s tutorial that inspired this build:

is it possible that you could use 2 of thos motors? i just wanted to see if it was possible to do it for the extra torque and speed.
there was no link for making the board in the description
Anyone can help me? https://youtu.be/WKO3kuqBjgc thans
are you in the uk
Really fantastic video, great Scott inspired me too! And so have you ??
I thought this video said how to make a electrolyte long board that’s the only reason why I clicked this
anyone know the total cost of this build?
torque per amp = 30 / (pi * kv)
I weigh 90 pounds will the engine handle?
Great!! if only I had a drill press…. or a lathe…

You talk way to fast slow down. My god ?
Great videos bro! Keep it up!
How cost efficient is this?
kayvee as in kW`?
dont use hacksaw, use angle grinder, wear glasses
What is the name of this device
Hey dude, great work first of all! Secondly, when drilling aluminum, 'peck' at it. Just make little bites so that your chips can clear. Also, get a bottle of general purpose oil and dab a little on now and again. It'll keep your drill bits sharper, longer, and will help keep things cooler and cutting better. Aluminum is soft and gooey (in terms of a metal), and blocks up the cutting heads of drill bits and other cutting tools. Hope it helps. Keep creating! 😀
hey man. thanks for the little informationals like explaining KV, Belts and it's commons uses, even Ratios and torque. very in depth. ty
Great engineering and tutorial
Is the motor you're using waterproof? Seems to me it isn't cuz of the copperwiring being naked..
I want to build one myself but this is the one thing holding me back
Dude I feel like you're reading a text and almost whispering it. It is so annoying
5:58 Quite annoying to use tools noone else has, 8:00 uses a lathe.. Slow clap
Can someone already send him a cnc machine!
if i could build one, i would put a second motor at the front
ur lazy.
You clever bugger!
Your voice is so soft any my speakers are damn loud and they're on max volume. Please speak a little louder i couldn't really understand what you were saying
Bro, use oil when drilling or you will wear out your drill bits
subscribed!
waaaw dude soooo clean !
Why do people always use 2*3s Lipos (6S—22,2V)? Can't I just use 3*3s Lipos wich would give me more volts and thus more power(for example with an Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 – 6364-245kv) ?? I'm new to this I might as well be wrong.
you are a true design and production engineer
I'm about 190 200 pounds. What kind of motor should I get?
Your voice reminds me of Harry Potter when he was in his early movies.
Would this work sorry have no technical background just look at the kv rating. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hot-Waterproof-3660-3300KV-Brushless-Motor-w-60A-ESC-for-1-10-RC-Car-F2O9-/361861623098?hash=item5440a22d3a:g:voAAAOSwo4pYXd5l
How heavy are you?
