Hey Casey, first off I love your vlog and you provide endless inspiration so thank you for your contribution to the world : ) I want to share a story with you… I live Australia and I purchased a Boosted Board because of your endorsement of this product. I felt excited about Boosted Board and I can honestly say it did make me feel good owning and using it until the day I contacted product support. Boosted Board support is the worse ever and I was shut down without careful consideration. The board I purchased was second hand and had wear consistent with age. I wanted to refresh the look by replacing the grip tape and apparently, this can only be done by returning the product to them, great if you live in CA but not so good if you live OS. Grip tape replacement is $522AUD according to Boosted Board, this is postage cost, parts and labour. Their reasoning was I might damage the board. The board is not under warranty so what does it matter? It is like buying a 10-year-old BMW from a used car dealer with no warranty then you need to replace a part down the track I'm not sending a car back to Germany to get that part fitted. They could have handled a fair customer question in a professional manner but this was not the case, the experience was dreadful. I think that boosted boards are great if you have the money to have 5 spare, so you never, ever have to go to them after the initial purchase. Time to sell and buy the local brand Evolve. This reminds me of your (Casey) experience with Canon and the reason why you stopped using their product. Companies need to recognise that creating a successful product does not stop at taking people's money, Apple understands this.

Casey, I disagree with you. Boostedboard don't care about you ! They care about what you tell your millions customers.
They don't care about me either, living in France, ordered mine 1 year ago, still waiting for it, and I can't even change my mind after a year of waiting for switching to dual+.
By the way, have you tried the dual ? Does the $200 upgrade to dual+ worth it ?
